9:10 – 9:30 AM: Swing Evaluation and Warm Up
Take a moment to warm up and give your instructor a chance to see your swing, ask questions, and begin formulating a plan for improvement. This gives us a great starting point to track your progress.

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Ball Striking
Dive into the main factors of your golf swing that lead to superior ball striking and consistency. You’ll quickly start making more solid contact with every swing, feeling and understanding your strengths, weaknesses, and the necessary corrections. Our GMS drills will have you striking the ball better within the first 15 minutes—you will definitely be hearing “Wow, that feels good!”

12:00 – 1:00 PM: Lunch and Break Time
Enjoy a relaxed lunch with your Instructor, included in the program. This is your time to recharge and prepare for the afternoon sessions while your Instructor sets up for the next activities.

1:00 – 2:00 PM: Your PLAN
Return to the practice area to work on creating a PLAN on every shot using the GMS Visualization Technique: ‘See It, Feel It, Do It’. Many Golfers struggle with bringing their driving range swing onto the golf course. By learning to formulate a PLAN before each shot, you can walk up to the ball with confidence knowing you are fully prepared to make your best swing.

2:00 – 2:40 PM: Green Reading & Prep for On-Course Instruction
Strengthen your process for reading putts and accurately judging distances. Follow a few simple steps before each putt to drop strokes from your handicap. Take a short break (~10 minutes) before teeing off for on-course instruction.

2:40 ~ 4:00 PM: On-Course Instruction
Your Instructor will guide you for six holes of golf, offering their expert course management. Practice making real-time corrections and playing with a consistent process that prepares you for each shot. Stick to the PLAN you developed earlier, and you’ll find new confidence on the course.

Recap the Day & Create Your Practice Plan
Wrap up the day by reviewing your progress with your Instructor. Take notes, ask questions, and solidify your plan for continued improvement. Understand the next steps to reach your golfing goals and leave feeling motivated for day two. You may choose to play more holes after class if you wish.

Day TWO

9:00 – 9:10 AM: Meet Your Instructor
Start the day with a greeting from your Instructor at the meeting location. We’ll review the schedule and prepare for a day of building upon and reinforcing what you learned on day one.

9:10 – 9:45 AM: Warm Up Like A Player
Learn an easy warm up routine that incorporates practical breathing techniques to better prepare your mind and body for a round of golf or practice session. This warm up method will make your driving range sessions more valuable and transferable to the course.

9:45 – 11:30 AM: Deep Dive into Your Swing
Take your swing to the next level with drills designed to progressively build your consistency and effectiveness from irons to driver. These drills provide you with the crucial feedback you need to make improvements to your swing and understand how to effectively practice your swing for long-term progression.

11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Sand Bunker Play
Simplify your technique and understand the Four Levels of Bunker Play. Sand play is a part of golf that gets easily over-complicated … we help you change that. Gain confidence in getting out of the sand consistently and learn what it takes to control your sand shots with greater accuracy. This session offers insights that enhance your skills across the entire golf course as well.

12:30 – 1:30 PM: Lunch and Break Time
Enjoy a relaxed lunch with your Instructor, included in the program. This is your time to recharge and prepare for the afternoon’s sessions while your Instructor sets up for the next activities.

1:30 – 2:30 PM: Putting Precision
Sharpen your putting skills for immediate score improvement. Gain total control over your putting stroke to avoid common mistakes and consistently get the ball to the hole. Understand the nuances that separate average putters from great ones. The GMS putting drills go beyond just repetition … we teach the skills needed to consistently make more putts and lower scores.

2:30 – 2:40 PM: Prep for On-Course Instruction
Top off your water bottles, rest up, and stretch out in preparation for the course.

2:40 ~ 4:00 PM: On-Course Instruction
Demonstrate your course management skills and work alongside your Instructor for six holes of On-Course Instruction. Learn how to manage your misses, avoid blow-up holes, and reach your scoring goals through curated on-course advice.

End the day by reviewing your biggest accomplishments with your Instructor and areas for improvement. Take notes, ask questions, and confirm your practice priorities. Feel free to play more holes after class if you wish. Leave feeling ready to tie it all together on day three.

Day THREE

9:00 – 9:10 AM: Meet Your Instructor
Start the day with a greeting from your Instructor at the meeting location. We’ll review the schedule and prepare for a day of building upon and reinforcing what you learned on day one and two.

9:10 – 9:30 AM: Warm Up Like A Player
Refresh on the warm up routine that better prepares your mind and body. We want to reinforce the importance of your warm up transferring to the golf course through specific techniques.

9:30 – 10:30 AM: Full Swing Drills with Focus on Driver
The day three full swing drills are a progression of what you learned on day two. We do the drills with the driver, however the drills transfer to your swing with all clubs. Like all GMS drills, this will provide you with the crucial feedback you need to make improvements and are the biggest key to results.

10:30 – 11:00 AM: Practice Like A Player
Reinforce your use of the drills and your pre-shot preparation process to hit your best shots. Practice in a way that is transferable to the golf course and helps you to build good habits … opposed to reinforcing any bad habits. Use any clubs in your bag you need to work on.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Putting Speed Control & Feel
Learn a new game to play that sharpens your speed control while putting … while keeping you focused on a goal. There is a great drill you can use in conjunction with this game that will make you feel the putter head like the best putters in the world, and it’s not how you might think.

12:00 – 1:00 PM: Lunch and Break Time
Enjoy a relaxed lunch with your Instructor, included in the program. This is your time to recharge and prepare for the afternoon’s sessions while your Instructor sets up for the next activities.

1:00 – 2:00 PM: Wedge Play & “Go-To” Shot
Learn how to manage the loft of your shots for low shots that roll out to the hole, or high ones that land soft and stop. By practicing this, you will find your “go-to” shot for maximum consistency. Plus, we reinforce the ball striking factors you learned on day one.

2:00 – 2:40 PM: Advanced Green Reading & Prep for On-Course Instruction
Take your green reading skills you learned on day one and apply them to a fun game that will help you ensure more two-putts from any distance. This putting game is inspired by the putting practice of the great Jack Nicklaus. Top off your water bottles, rest up, and stretch out in preparation for the course.

2:40 ~ 4:00 PM: On-Course Instruction
Demonstrate your course management skills and work alongside your Instructor for six holes of On-Course Instruction. By this point in the program, you are calling the shots on the golf course by using what you’ve learned … your Instructor will be there for advice when asked.
