Yet, when Golfers want to give a little extra power to a shot … those body parts often have different ideas on what creates power. Thus, we mostly experience bad shots when trying to hit the golf ball a little farther than our skill level allows.

Yet, because much of the Golf Instruction that’s readily available focuses on working on individual parts until their perfect: hips, shoulders, arms, wrists, weight shift, head down, left arm straight. Many Golfers become ‘Head Cases’ when they can’t coordinate these movements on a fairly consistent basis!
When you can Feel your body working together … it’s much easier to repeat the good swings, as well as experiencing far less anxiety while trying to find your “Lost Swing!”

“It’s all in your left arm. I need to stop using my right hand. My right hand is ruining my golf swing!” That’s all we hear from right-handed Golfers coming to see us. Everything these right-handed Golfers have told us is that the power comes from their left side. And the sad part is that a right handed Golfer saying they’re using too much right hand is a statement that is way off-base and just underlines and boldfaces why Golfers continue to struggle.
