Playing your best golf is fun … playing less than your best is frustrating!
Much of the Inconsistency a Golfer experiences can be related to how you swing the club back in preparation to swinging forward to hit the golf ball.
For example: when you feel as if you picked-up (or raised) your head when hitting the golf ball can be attributed to how move your body in your backswing. Yet, most Golfers are incorrectly trying to fix the raising of their head in their forward swing!
Thus, you’re not consistently able to fix it! Why? Because the problem is most likely being created as you swing the golf club back.
Golfers looking for more distance are often battling between swaying too much or protecting against the sway by standing overly stiff. Even the PGA & LPGA Tour Players have to work on balancing too much vs too little while they practice. So you probably should also!
We have found that the more successful the Golfer … the better they’re able to find the balance between power and control. The less skilled the Golfer … the harder it is to find that balance.
So how can you release more power while maintaining accuracy?
With this week’s video/drill, you can start determining how much is too much, how much is too little, and of course … how much is perfect for your golf swing.
