Does Power come from the Turn? Does it come from your hips? Does it come from whipping your arms & hands? Or is it the perfect combination that creates your very best shots?
Yet, when Golfers want to give a little extra power to a shot … those body parts often have different ideas on what creates power. Thus, we mostly experience bad shots when trying to hit the golf ball a little farther than our skill level allows.
This week’s video focuses on how to get your body more connected to produce better shots more often … by hitting from the knees!
Golfers looking for more distance are often battling between swaying too much or protecting against the sway by standing overly stiff. Even the PGA & LPGA Tour Players have to work on balancing too much vs too little while they practice. So you probably should also!
We have found that the more successful the Golfer … the better they’re able to find the balance between power and control. The less skilled the Golfer … the harder it is to find that balance.
So how can you release more power while maintaining accuracy?
With this week’s video/drill, you can start determining how much is too much, how much is too little, and of course … how much is perfect for your golf swing.
