This week's Question:

What can you do to improve your game this winter if you’re in an area that doesn’t allow you to play golf outdoors?

You are Correct!

CORRECT ANSWERS: A, B and C

If you want to improve your golf game – you should always be doing something. Doing something is better than doing nothing.

You should be practicing your putting inside – you’ll see great improvement once you’re back on the golf course. Many Golfers don’t practice their putting inside because it’s boring. Yet, it’s not boring if you have a Practice PLAN. We offered a special Putting Practice Drill in the last issue of the GMS Alumni Bulletin and so far have sent 100’s of emails to the Golfers that requested the info.

And this week – we’re offering you a chance at a fantastic drill you can use to improve inside your house.

Getting in better physical shape doesn’t just help your golf swing – it also helps you mentally on the golf course by giving you confidence. Plus, it will help you to stay more focused towards the end of the round.

To what degree should you get physical? Well, if you’re already on a program – continue doing what you do. If you’re not – start with simple push-ups and sit-ups. After you start doing these each day – your body will crave for more.

Improve your wedges. Many Golfers go to the golf domes or heated driving ranges and waste their time hitting their Drivers and Irons. If you just want to hit golf balls like a Monkey – go ahead. If you want to improve your swing – spend your time working on hitting your wedges different distances. Anybody that’s been to GMS knows how to practice your wedges in a dome or an outside heated range. If you forget – set-up a telephone call with Instructor For Life using the online scheduler on your GMS Player Page.

As far as doing nothing until Spring: If you’re not doing anything – you’re getting worse!
