Cibola Vista is in the center of it all! Besides all of their on-site activities, Peoria and Phoenix offer endless experiences and excitement.
Cultural, sporting, theatrical, and educational events are occurring throughout the year. This area has become the center for many sports teams - the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball, Phoenix Coyotes NHL Hockey, Phoenix Suns NBA Basketball, Spring Training Baseball and the Cactus League call our area home.
There is plenty of outdoor excitement. You can take a balloon ride, enjoy the majesty of the Grand Canyon, or hike, bike, or ride through the adjoining extensive trails of the Valley of the Sun "Master Trails Plan."
Then there is Lake Pleasant. One of Arizona's largest lakes, Lake Pleasant offers world class bass fishing and many tournaments. You can water ski, jet ski, or leisurely cruise the waters.

If you're not out taking a hike along the cactus trails or visiting the Wild West towns, you can get your workout in the state of the art fitness center. Franciscan Pool and Cafe
Located in the exclusive adult pool area, you can slip away from the kids and relax with a frozen daiquiri or sit poolside and enjoy lunch or dinner. It features one main pool and whirlpool, surrounded by cabanas and comfortable lounge chairs for one to enjoy while in the sun or shade.
Lagoon Pool
Surrounded by desert landscape, this made for all ages Lagoon pool is by far the best attraction at Cibola Vista. Start your morning with a refreshing swim and workout in our lap lanes or lay relaxing in the beach entry child friendly area. Be ready to travel down the 3 story water slide for a big splash into your vacation, or simply relax on your lounge chair and take in the desert sun.
